Window focus problem (always on top, top most)

I found the following little bug. If the option under "File, Options, User Interface, Always on top" is activated, various configuration windows are not visible. If these are called up, the "Always on top" function of the RDM would have to be deactivated for the time being. Demonstrated with an example. I have installed the software Keepass 2.x (https://keepass.info/) and use the associated RDM plugin. For example, I click the "Install" button in the "Tools, Extensions Manager, Others" menu and a small message box opens which, however, is not visible because the "Always on top" option of the RDM is activated. Kind of annoying.
