Formatting Username to include domain when using web browser web authentication and My personal credentials
Some of our internally, AD-integrated websites accept username in SAMACCOUNTNAME format and some require a domain to be added (DOMAIN\SAMACCOUNTNAME or SAMACCOUNTNAME@domain.com). Is there a way to specify the inclusion of the domain in the username field when Credentials is set to "My personal credentials"?
Hello paul07,
I believe changing the "Username format" in your entry "Properties" will achieve what you're trying to do!
To change this simply go in your entry "Properties" under the "Advanced" tab you can then change the "Username format", I should mention that to see this section the "Advanced Mode" will need to be enabled. Here is a screenshot to assist you:
Let me know if this helps,

Thanks, Samuel. I have this as a "Website" object instead of a "Web Browser" object so I don't have that option. I will try recreating this site using that and report back.
Using Web Browser session allows me to click the key to have the form filled out correctly. Is there a way to have the form autofill without clicking the key?
Hello paul07,
Great, I'm glad to hear that this works for you!
If you go under in your entry "Properties" under "Login" -> "Settings" you can enable the option "Autofill Login", here is a screenshot to assist you:

Thanks, I have "Autofill login" checked and it is not working. I have also tried adding a 1 second delay to no avail. One thing to note, it does do a redirection (same domain), so I'm not sure if that is why it does not automatically fill out the form.
I extended the delay to 5 seconds and it is working. Thanks again for the fast answers!
Hello paul07,
Perfect, I'm glad to hear that it is now working!
