Password list - question / idea

Regarding the rights for administrators to see entries, this cannot be changed. Administrators can always see all entries in shared vaults at all times.

Regarding the assignation of password lists to servers, there is a way to link the two. You have the option, in the properties of session entries, to use the "Linked (Vault)" credential mode to specify which Password List entry the session should use for its credentials. Yes, I already know all of this :)

I have dozens of servers that share the same technical accounts. They only differ in one account, depending on who the server is served by.

Using the above advice, I would have to create dozens of password lists and assign 1: 1 to the server.

If I could assign specific credentials in password lists to a specific server, then only one password list with several dozen entries inside is enough :)

The problem now is that if I don't want to create so many password lists, the Administrator sees credentials that even the server doesn't have.

As a matter of fact, it is possible to specify a single credential from a password list for a specific server. This can be done first by using the "Linked (Vault)" option with your password list, as I described in my last message. Once that is done, you should see a blue link under the password list drop-down menu named "Select from list". With this link, you can specify which of the passwords in the Password List should be used by this entry.
