Properties is greyed out in drop-down menu
Hello. I have noticed, that in later versions, 'properties' option is greyed out when clicking on active tab. This option is active when clicking only in tree-view. Is there a way to make properties available again?

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!
What type of Data Source are you using? Are you an Administrator? If not, do you have the "Edit" right on the Web Browser entry that you are launching?
Also, are you on the latest version of RDM Enterprise or the Free Edition?

Hello James, thank you for a quick responce.
My Data Source is Drobpox. I am an administrator. I don't have the edit option anywhere, on browser tabs, ssh, rdp etc.
Our RDM is Enterprise 2021.1.41.0 x64

Thank you for your swift reply!
In that case, I suspect that your permissions on the file stored in your Dropbox account may be limited. As a test, would it be possible for you to do the following:
1- Go under File -> Data Sources -> Add a new data source -> Select "XML"
2- Use the "ellipsis" button to change the location where your "Conenctions.xml" file will be saved and choose your Dropbox drive.
3- Finish the creation of your XML Data Source by adding a name and a master key.
4- Connect to your XML Data Source
5- Create and launch a connection
6- See if the "Properties" is still grayed out if you right-click on the tab in your Dashboard
