Temporary access - AD users

Does the temporary server access option 
also work for domain users?
In the case of an AD account, the user does not see the screen:
Has a message that there is no access.
But when I created a local user for testing, everything works fine.

This issue has already been reported to us and a ticket has been assigned to our Engineering Department to see what can be done.
