renaming folders in user vault results in error
hi,
when I try to rename a folder with several entries in it in my user vault I get an error message:
but there is no folder with the same name in it :(
I renamed the folder several times and always got this error message - after restarting RDM all renames result in a new folder.
when trying to edit the icon I get another one:
the database is a DPS server.

What RDM and DVLS version are you using? I will try to reproduce this behaviour internally.
Do you get any relevant error message in the DVLS logs?

Hello,
I have been able to reproduce this issue when I try to rename the folder's name directly in the Navigation pane with F2. If I do it through the properties of the folder, I do not get any errors. Could you please confirm that this workaround is working on your end?

hi Erica,
yes I can confirm that renaming folders through properties works just fine - also changing the image works without errors.
the error concerning the icon was a result of first renaming the folder using F2 - after that the properties dialog did not work as expected.

Thank you for your feedback and glad that renaming the folder using the properties dialog works too on your end.
Once the fix will be available for renaming a folder located in the user vault using F2 in the Navigation pane, I will let you know.
