Master Password

Hi,

The first time you open the application, a dialog is displayed allowing you to enter an application password. You can then skip the application password configuration or enter an application password. For security reasons, it is a good practice to set an application password. However, the application password must be remembered because we cannot recover a forgotten password. Here is the note that is displayed in the application password registration window: "Please choose an application password that you can remember. We cannot recover a forgotten password".

You must have entered a master password the first time you've used Remote Desktop Manager. If you cannot remember the application password, the only thing you can do is to uninstall and reinstall the application.

Application data are usually stored on your Google Drive account automatically. When you reinstall an application it will usually restore its data.
Here are the steps to delete your data (see the 2 images attached o this post):
1- Clear you application's cache and data
2- Uninstall the application
3- Connect to your Google Drive account
4- At the bottom left of the screen select Storage
5- At the top right of the screen select Backups
6- Select the device where your application was installed
7- Select the Delete icon at the top right of the screen

The backup will be deleted. When you reinstall the application, it shouldn't ask for the application password anymore.
