RDM JUmphost - No templates on Agent Machine

Hello Support,

we want to do the following:

from a windows 10 vm with rdm enterprise installed and licensed (using sqlserver as db) we want to jump to a remote host on customer side (ipsec s2s vpn connection active) which has the rdm agent installed.
I chose option 1 from https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/gettingstartedwhatisrdmagent.html - so we have the rdm basic setup (not licensed) with rdm agent active.

When I configure "jumphost" for a host-connection with different templates (ssh and web) the following steps appear:
1) rdp connection to jumphost on customer side opens and the delay window for rdm agent appears
2) on the jumphost it starts the rdm gui and asks which template to use - but the selection is empty

It's not an option that the rdm agent on customer side speaks to our sqlsever. But how can I use our templates on this rdm agent host?

If I do the same with another connection - for example "web browser" (where you dont have to choose which connection template) it works as designed/supposed.
