Fix the quick access shortcuts at the top bar please
After almost every RDM update, my shortcuts in the quick access bar at the top of the window will disappear and I'd always have to select "Reset Layout" and configure my shortcuts from scratch again. Can this be fixed permanently, as it is very annoying for our users and if this can't be fixed, maybe create an option to export and import the settings?

This is not the expected behavior but I'm not able to reproduce it on my side. The quick access bar settings are saved in the file remotedesktopmanager.qtb or remotedesktopmanagerfree.qtb. You could backup this file before an update.
Could you tell me where the application is installed exactly? Do you use the portable version or the installer?

I've backed up that file restored it before, but it didn't do anything.
I'm using the latest build, but have been having this issue intermittently since multiple versions ago. I'm using the full standalone version, not portable. Installed to default directory. I don't have any addons/extensions installed and my settings are pretty vanilla, on a new PC.

Could you send me your .qtb file? it should be located in %localappdata%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManagerFree
