Entry Certificates: Add an extra “pre Expires after” Field.

Developer Team,
how about to
boost the Certificate expiring process by adding an extra field like “pre Expires
after”. This would be an DATE Field and would set the entry to WARNING, so that
the admins have a chance to be aware of that an certificate will expire soon.

When an entry is about to expire, it should be shown at the bottom right corner of RDM:
When you click on this bell icon, you should see the following window:
To manage these notifications, you can go under File -> Options -> Application -> Notification:
