Webpage change monitoring

I've been using RDM to keep open and autorefresh some ticketing portals (jira, gitlab, redmine mostly).
I'd love to have an additional option if possible that if the content of one of those tabs changes after a refresh would give me a windows notification and/or make the changed tab start blinking so I can notice any changes.
Unsure if this is already possible, but if it is, I haven't found it! :D

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!
After having a discussion with our Engineering Department, they mentioned that it is not possible to detect if the page has changed at the moment.
That being said, they took note of this request and it has been added to their to-do list.

No matter, it was more of a quality of life than a necessary thing anyway.
