Chrome extension fails?
Hi,
Since a while I'm having difficulties with the Chrome extension (Firefox and Edge no problem).
While opening a site, and try to fill in automatically the credentials with the extension, I'm getting this message.
Translation: Request failed. Check if your RDM is opened

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!
In order to provide more information to our engineering department, please follow these steps :
1- Right-click on the DWL extension icon
2- Click on Manage Extension
3- Toggle on the Developer mode
4- Under Inspect views, click on the background/background.html link : 
5- In the DWL pop-up menu, click on the Refresh button:
6- In the DevTools window (the one that was opened after clicking on background/background.html), click on Network
7- In this Network tab, one of the items in the list should be in red, this is the event where RDM failed to retrieve the credentials. Click on it.
8-Take a screenshot of the full message contained there and send it to us.
