All users today are seeing this error when attempting to connect to existing sessions. The error is also shown when trying to modify an existing credential. I have confirmed that no changes have happened to the RDM clients or data source, or the LastPass account, and that our RDM licence is valid.
Is there an internal certificate or similar that might have expired? That's what this feels like.
Any idea how to troubleshoot?

Incidentally, Bitwarden creds don't work either, so this is affecting all credentials that we use.
No problem logging onto LastPass as the user that I'm using in the RDM credentials.
I tried changing the LastPass user's master password, but the error is the same.

This issue has been reported by another client yesterday, here.
This morning, we managed to identify what the issue is. It seems that LastPass changed their code in a way that broke our integration (it also affects their own CLI https://github.com/lastpass/lastpass-cli/issues/604). We have a fix for it that will be coming in RDM 2021.1.30.0.

By the way I missed your post regarding Bitwarden. We have an internal ticket opened for that. We are still investigating what may be occuring, but we haven't been able to reproduce on our accounts as of yet unfortunately.
I suggest sending an email to ticket@devolutions.net so we can gather information about your Bitwarden issue more easily. It will help us find a fix faster.
