In one of the computers working with Keeper the following windows pops up. I have tried with Email, Keeper push and 2FA and I think no one is working. With E-mail none e-mail is being sent. With Keeper push no push notifications is being received (I have devices with Keeper). And with 2FA a SMS is not being sent. Normally I use 2FA and SMSs are working with Keeper desktop.

Could you please specify what Login type you are using (Vault login or Enterprise SSO) and the RDM version you are using ?

I'm using Vault login
I'm not quite sure if the problem is RDM or Keeper.
Thank you for the info. For now, we're not sure what could be causing this issue, but we have a call scheduled with the Keeper development team that could give us a better understanding.
We'll come back to you as soon as we have an update.

Hello,
After talking with the Keeper development team, we may have found a solution to this issue. Could you please verify that the following option is enabled in your Keeper Admin console : Admin > Roles > *User Enforcement Policy* > click on Enforcement Policies > Platform Restriction > enable Commander SDK.
