Looking to set default action

While editing an OTP > Advanced > Advanced > Default action

Its set to "Default" as if somewhere there is a way to control the behavior of the action as set by default. We would like to modify this to "Copy password" globally. (see the included pic).

I've searched but just can't seem to locate this.

To change the default behavior of this action, please go under File -> Options -> Types -> Credential entry action:
