RDM - LDAP-Account isn't allowed to use entry in offline mode

Hello,

Several of my users encountered a problem while using the offline mode.
When in online mode (credentials are shown as "username@domain.com"), a user can use an entry normally.
When the user switches to offline mode (credentials are shown as "domain\username"), the user gets the notification, that he isn't allowed to use that entry.
Additionally some entries are not shown in offline mode.

In the administration console, the users were added via LDAP-Import and the credentials are shown as username@domain.com
The datasource uses the windows-authentication mode
The permissions on the entry is set via user-group (manually), an imported AD-Group, and username@domain.com (all allowed)

Hello,
What data source type do you use? Could you tell me what type of entry fails when the user format is not correctly set? I think that the problem is that we store the information in separate fields (username and domain) and we might not be able to rebuild it correctly in offline.

Hi,

the data source is a Devolutions Server (Enterprise Version) version 2021.1.9.0
The database itself is hosted on a Microsoft SQL Server on a separate host inside the domain.

  • Concerning the entry the user is not allowed to use in offline mode: RDP-Session
  • Concerning the "vanishing" entries: All kind of entries are affected, RDP-Session, credentials, even complete folders.
