Calling up Webpage with Plugins

Hello,

I've been trying to log into some of our security cameras through Devolutions, but these cameras require that a plugin be running. I've tried it both in IE, and Chrome... Does Devolutions call up the Safe Mode of these browsers, and thus does not load the required plugins? How can I get browser plugins to work through Devolutions?

Hello,
As far as I know it's not possible. Perhaps you can try our new embedded Edge but even with this one I'm not sure. This is a limitation of the embedded web mode. You might need to use DWL (Devolutions Web Login) and open your web page in external mode.
