Is anyone else having an issue with RDM where the application is visible but will not respond and has have its process ended.

What version are you running? We had freeze issues in v2020.3.x, things should be better in v2020.3.29.

Are also note we have more freeze fixes in the beta v2021.1.19 release.

If ever you get it to freeze again with the latest beta (v2021.1.19) or grater please follow the steps outline below. This will create a mini-dump file that we can use to analyze the freeze to determine the cause and produce a fix.

1- Download Process Explorer here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer
2- Run RDM
3- Wait for it to freeze
4- Start Process Explorer (procexp.exe)
*If RDM is running with elevated privilege, then you will need to start procexp elevated
5- Find RemoteDesktopManager.exe in the tree
6- Right-click > Create Dump > Create Minidump
7- Write to use and we will send you a share file url so that you can upload the file (40-60MB)

I'm also having some serious freezing issues. I pulled up the profiler and it looks like the software locks up every time it reloads from the database. Last time it stopped the software for 84 seconds.

Since you have also opened a ticket with us, we will continue the troubleshooting of this issue in DEVO-31336 and post the result on this thread once a solution is found.
