Add support for Psono password manager as credential store

We would be happy to integrate Psono password manager as a new credential in RDM. I took a quick look at the API and python example, and it looks well documented. Thanks for providing these links! I've opened an internal feature request ticket with this information. If we have any questions, I will send you a direct message on our forums, unless you prefer we contact you through another method.
