RDM sending "OP" in some SSH sessions

avatar

Hi everyone

When I connect to vSphere VCSA appliances or hosts, sometimes RDM sends the letters OP into the shell... sometimes one every minute or so, sometimes several in a row and at high frequency.

In one case I changed a password on an ESXi host and it seems RDM managed to insert the same amount of OPs at the same points in the password, locking me out of the host afterward.

Is there a way I can hit this software with a baseball bat so it starts behaving?

Hello,

Could you activate the session recording on your SSH entry and recreate the issue. From there, it will create a .rfi and a .trp file, could you send those using the link I will send you in Private Messages, the engineering department will look into it.

I would but I don't have that option in the session properties.

Hello,

Did you toggle the Advanced Mode in your entry?
