Hello, first - sorry - English is not my first ;)
My question:
Is there a possibility to "manage" certificates in RDM.
Szenario:
We would like to monitor certificate expiry dates from different servers. so is it possible to add some kind of entry per folder (eg. Sharepoint, SQL,...) where we could add the certificate exp date and we get a warning (xx days before..) ?
If that is not clear .- i will try to answer any further questions ;)
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us on this matter!
Remote Desktop Manager features a Certificate entry type that will allow you to store your certificates as entries in RDM. In addition to that, you will find, under the Description tab, an "Expires after" field that will allow you to enter the expiry date of your certificates.
Under File > Options > General > Notification, you will be able to adjust the "Entry expiring delay" value to get a warning X days before entries expire.
Finally, you will be able to see the notifications by clicking on the bell button at the bottom-right of RDM's main interface :
Don't hesitate to let us know if you have any additional questions regarding this feature!

Gabriel Degrandpré
Thank you Gabriel, ill give it a try, sounds like the right solution for us.
