Hello Harald,

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!

After having a discussion about this with our Engineering Department they explained that you are receiving this error because we are not supporting custom DNS for the web browser entry type. That being said, we will see if it is possible to add this feature to the web entry.

We will be in touch as soon as we will have more information on this.

Best regards,

James Lafleur

Hello,

thank you for your reply.
Would be great if that feature can be implemented.

Thank you

Good to see you Haraldjuffinger, as you are having some trouble here and need to work on dns server not responding, so this can be sorted out via connecting it to a different device. You can try to connect a different device to the same home network and gain access to the site you’re having issues with. In case the second device can access the web page utilizing a similar network, then the issue lies with your primary device. In case you still can’t see the website with other devices linking it to the same network, it could recommend that your router might be the issue. Apart from that, utilizing other connections, like mobile data, can also help to make sure that the connection failing issue is not on the site’s end.
