Make variable $TICKET_NUMBER$ supported in filenaming

For auditing purposes we have started recording sessions, we need the ability to put ticket numbers to these recordings. I can see that the variable exists but is unable to be used in the session recording.

We have a fix internally to resolve the TICKET_NUMBER variable in the session recording filename. It will be included in version 2021.1.38.0.
