Synchronizing with AD
Hey all,
I've inherited Remote Desktop Manager ownership. I am trying to catch up on learning about the application however I've got a ways to go. I've added some new servers into my AD structure but they have yet to appear inside of Remote Desktop Manager. I believe the system is synchronized with AD however, I am not sure if it is on a schedule or if I have to manually update the system.
I might also have a permission issue with synchronization. Can any one give me some quick tips on how to start figuring this out?
