Getting the following error when trying to sign in to devolutions account

According to the information we have gathered on that matter so far, this issue seems to be caused by the "Compatibility View" options of Internet Explorer.
For this reason, could you please close RDM and then open Internet Explorer and go under the Cogwheel → Compatibility View Settings and uncheck the “Display intranet sites in Compatibility View”:

In that case, would it be possible for you to go in RDM, under File -> Options -> Types -> Web, and make sure that the "IE mode" is set to "Internet Explorer 11"? If it is not the case, please set it to this mode and press on "Apply':
Once this is done, restart RDM and see if this issue still occurs.

In the past, you had encountered an issue with the authentication on our cloud portal via RDM because of errors with our Internet Explorer implementation. This is now resolved in RDM 2021.x, since the authentication method is now completely changed. Please note that if you are running an advanced datasource, a database upgrade is required - https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/database_upgrade.html
If you we're using the Online backup with Devolutions and that you had switch to a local backup as a workaround, you can reactivate the Online backup by going in File – Data sources – Edit – Backup tab and select Online backup.
