terminal server - add "default.lyt"

hi!
on a terminal server installation we add a "default.cfg" to the installation path of RDM which then gets copied to new users appdata folder.
please add the possiblity to also add "default.lyt" which then gets copied as "RemoteDesktopManagerLayout.lyt" to the users appdata folder as well.
