add monitor selection to "user specific settings"

hi!
when editing a RDP session entry one is able to specify the monitors to use:

this specification (all or selected) is missing when editing an entry user specific and defaults to using all monitors:


please add the "all/selected" drop-down and the text field to specify the monitors.
