SSH Gateway Multiple Outgoing tunnel settings

would it be possible to have multiple outgoing tunnels on this screen. For instance on this connection i would also like port 5900 forwarded as well as the 443 port. Basically I'm asking to have like the SSH Forward connection type but with the use dynamic port available, obviously one dynamic port per destination port. Would also like the $DYNAMIC_PORT$ variable able to populate with those multiple ports somehow be it $DYNAMIC_PORT1$ $DYNAMIC_PORT2$ or some other way.
