I've had issues with RDM crashing, it happened this morning and I was able to check Event logs. I've attached the 3 events as a text file. The open sessions at the time were all SSH sessions and this causes issues when reconnecting as all the sessions are going via a session management system so the connect times out after 30 seconds, so I'm only able to get one sessions logged back in before the rest time out, I then have to remember which sessions I had open and of course I lose any information I had on screen at the time.

Hello,
Thank you for providing us your error logs! According to what I have found, the crash in RDM is caused by the faulting module kernelbase.dll. We have seen this issue a few times before but unfortunately, this is not something we can fix ourselves because the issue is with kernelbase.dll itself, which is a Windows component.
According to the information we have gathered on that matter by consulting documentation from Microsoft's Support, we have found out that most of the time, these issues occur when your Windows workstations are not updated to the latest version available.
For this reason, would it be possible for you to verify if you have any Windows Updates available?
We have also found this topic from Microsoft on that matter:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/applications-fail-to-start-with-kernelbasedll/44a4c2ad-a43f-479b-b026-bcdc2ff01285
You will notice at the end of this thread, that this issue also leads back to the "Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 10.0.18362.1, time stamp: 0x1a30e11b" you provided us above.
Let me know if you have any additional questions on this case!
Best regards,
James Lafleur
