Open external in Action

Since we use Version 2019, "Open External" is no longer available in the Actions pane for a RDP item.
We can use use shift_enter offcourse but is there a way to add it in the Actions Pane?

Hello,
it's possible to activate it with:
File => Options => User Interface => Dashboard =>
Allow special open actions in Dashboard
or
Allow Open External and Open Embedded switch
