make "authentication in progress" not globally modal

hi!
currently the authentication modal popup is on top of everything (globally modal).
it would be nice if it either would be only modal on top of RDM or respect the option 'wait progress mode'.

PS: though the screenshot shows RDM version 2020.2.20.0 it was tested with 2020.3.18.0.

Hello,
Could you specify which authentication is not using the setting? Is for Google Drive, Devolutions Account or another thing? This will help me find it in the code and fix it.

the modal dialog is shown upon connecting to the DPS data source.

Thank you for the details. I've found the problem and verified if we had other case where the option was not handled correctly. This was the only place and it's now fixed.
