issue with full screen

Could you provide me a screenshot of your entry properties? specifically, I'd like to see your configuration under the "Display" tab of the "General" settings.

i dont see display option thats only what i am see

I apologize for the confusion, the display configuration for a specific session will be configured on the entry itself.

To access these settings you will simply need to do the following, inside your "Navigation Pane" right-click on your entry, then select "Properties" from there you will be able to access the display options by going under "Display". If not already set in this manner, could you change the "Remote Desktop size" from "Default" to "Full screen"? If that is already done you may disregard this and simply provide me a screenshot of your configuration.
