Hi,

I am trying to create a solarwinds passportal credential.

I enter in the e-mail / master password and Organization passphrase which I use to logon onto the site.
Then I got the 2 factor authentication window:

I enter the code but the results is empty:

Would it be possible for you to provide us your version of RDM and the type of Data Source you are currently using?

I am running Remote Desktop Manager Enterprise Edition version 2020.2.20.0 64-bit
And using the Devolutions Online drive as data source.
