Cannot login to RDM using Win 10 client and SQL server as a regular user
Hi guys,
I'm getting an error when trying to authenticate with Win10 desktop app to RDM using SQL as the server. When using the same Windows desktop client from another computer, it works fine for the same user.
The error is:
Authentication to host 'x.x.x.x' for the user 'xxxxxxx' using method 'mysql_native_password' failed with messae: Access denied for user @xxxx'@'x.x.x.x' (using password: YES)

Hello,
As per your topic, you are trying to connect on MySQL from RDM Android, but the screenshot in your thread mentioned SQL Server with RDM Windows.
Is it possible that the wrong screenshot has been posted? Could you include the proper screenshot of the error message please?

The screenshot mentioned that it's not possible to establish a connection with the SQL Server.
What type of authentication method are you using?
Do you encounter the same error message when trying to authenticate on the same database from the same workstation but from SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)?
