When trying to start SFTP or SCP sessions RDM will "freeze" and the only way to recover is to Task Manager--> End Process

The event viewer log does not have anything about devolutions. Any other event types you want me to look at?

Thank you for your recording and logs, would you be able to give it a try with a portable version in order to see if the issue persist?
1- Download the .zip file below:
https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/thankyou/rdmfreebin
2- Create a new folder on your Desktop
3- Extract the content of the .zip file into the folder created at #2
4- Go in this folder once the .zip file has been extracted and run remotedesktopmanagerfree64.exe
5- Enter your current serial

I tried the new version as discussed, however, it is the same behaviour. I was able to capture the odd behaviour a bit better. Watch out the 3rd attempt in the gif. (sent to the tickets email address)
Also, if it is useful, i have a minidump and full dump taken. Let me know where i can upload them.
