The new version check is done only on startup, so If I am running RDM all the time I don't get notified unless I exit RDM and run it again or reboot or do the check manually.
As my computer runs almost 24/7 or is in sleep mode, that causes a problem for the notification as it does not notify me.
Please add a regular scheduled check.
Thanks
Marcel

Hello,
Indeed I have added this in the new version. However you will have to manually update to RDM 2020.3 to get this feature. Please note that we have not activated the update notification yet. We usually wait 10 days to make sure that we have not introduced a regression.

Hi guys,
I Totally missed that in the change log. I am on version 2020.3.13 already and I have checked the options for "update". The only results shown were in the "File > Options > General > Application start" Configuration.
@David - I assume you are talking about the server side of the feature.
Hello,
I mean the update notification flag. Our web site has the new version but it's another flag that we have to enable to push the update notification in RDM.

Thanks for the info. Let me know when its "up" please.
