We've started using Remote Desktop Manager and DPS in order to store accounts, documentation and sessions.
As we've been discussing the implementation and structure we've come up with a few feature requests we'd like to lodge.
1) Offline documentation. I've seen a few earlier feature requests for this one and it's a biggie for us. Primarily for disaster recovery scenarios. We've bypassed the current limitations by storing only the disaster recovery information as secure notes instead - but being able to access the entire documentation offline would be a significant advantage.
2) Multi Vault Documentation Search. We had to split our systems into several vaults as the base import ended up being around 12500 entries which made the web ui very slow. As we discussed the structure we landed in one where we have our systems in 5 different vaults - and being able to search the documentation is very important for us, the fact that it only searches the currently selected vault causes some concerns for us. Would it be possible to either make the documentation search work in multiple vaults, or in the Multi Vault Advanced Search add a possibility to search the documentation?
3) Being able to set a hotkey for documentation search. Under File -> Options -> User Interface -> Keyboard I cannot find Documentation Search to be able to hotkey it. Should #2 be possible and be merged into the multi vault search this one feels a bit moot.
4) Multi Vault Advanced Search - would it be possible to have the input cursor placed in the first input field by default - and the enter key execute the search? Now we have to first click in the input field and then click the search button. Works, but it's a minor annoyance.

And 5) Would it be possible to either add an option to select the default tab on a folder, so we could on our documentation folders set the documentation tab as default - or add documentation as its own information type entry?

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll go over your points in order.
For the offline documentation and the multi-vault documentation search, those are two features we want to eventually add, but for now it's not in our short term roadmap, due to the complexity of implementation.
For points 3 and 4, I have opened a ticket to work on these improvements.
As for point 5, we have opened a ticket to select a default tab in the dashboard of a folder.
To have something resembling documentation as an entry, I would suggest using the secure note as you were mentioning, in markdown mode. This is the closest you can get to having an entry that formats like the documentation and that is available in offline mode. I understand that it's not as convenient as real documentation, due to the lack of search within it, not having multiple pages, etc., but for now it's the only workaround I can think of.

Thanks for your response. If we can select a default tab for the entry, there's not really any need for us to be able to add a documentation as an entry.
Is there any ticket we can track progress on to check status on for 3,4 & 5 or are they internal only?

Pleeeease, allow us to type in a 2FA more than once after the password without closing the app or forcing us to retype the password. I now have to wait till Google Authenticator gives me a new 2FA (so that I can type it before it times out) and hope that I do not "fat finger" it in...
Running RDM (V 2020.2.20.0 64-Bit) on Windows using GA and 2FA on.

Could you open a different topic for your feature request, as it would make it easier for us to track this particular scenario. It would also be very helpful if you could let us know which 2FA you mean, is it a 2FA configured on the datasource?

Just to let you know, we've made the changes for points 3 and 4. There will be a new shortcut binding for documentation search, and the small UI improvements to multi vault advanced search have been made.
This will be available starting from RDM 2020.3.19.0.
