Add "Use over secure gateway" option to folder entries to allow inheritance

Please add this check box at "Folder" level to allow inheritance of secure gateway settings to all entries inside that folder.

Like explained in the support ticket, the option is indeed available, but only for "host" entries, not "folder" entries.

I tested a bit and I see where the issue is. There's a bug where it only appears if the folder is a new one. I've opened a ticket to fix this. It should make it for our next release.

Actually, it should already be fixed in our latest beta version, so you could try out the fix right away as well. On my end, on RDM 2020.3.11.0, I can set the "use over secure gateway" checkbox on folders whether they are new or already existing.
