Additional Option on "Check Is Online" dialog box

I would love if there was an additional check box or button that would tell the dialog box to "Connect When Available" but only after the "Scan port (####)" timed out once. This would be very handy for reboots, where the RDP service is still up while the server is shutting down.

Hello,
We currently have an option located in File > Options > General called "Connect when available delay" where you could specify a time to wait before trying to do the first check. I believe we added this option when a user had a similar case to yours. Does this work for your case or would the button you describe be the only way to work for you?

I've played with the delay, but it just isn't quite satisfying the requirement I would like to see. The biggest hurdle is never knowing how long a system is going to need for the delay before it stops responding to port queries.
