Unable to load DLL 'DevolutionsVNC': The specified module could not be found when Connecting to ESXi host

Recently started using Remote Desktop Manager Freed edition version 2020.3.7.0. I was able to successfully connect to my free ESXi server using the VMware Dashboard entry type. I can view the current VMs and their status without issue. When I select a running VM and click Connect I receive the following error:

Unable to load DLL 'DevolutionsVNC': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)


When I try to connect to a VMRC entry for a VM on the same ESXi machine I receive the same error.

Am I missing something when trying to connect up to a VM hosted on an ESXi box?
