GoToAssist Configuration Not Working

Hi all. I went to try my GoToAssist connections, and I get the attached error. Looks like they are forcing you to a different server for authentication. I'm running build

2020.2.19 build. Can you assist?

Hello,

As a note, we will need to rework the GoToAssist integration, as they seem to have changed how it works. We will update this ticket once we have an update, a dev is currently assigned to this.

Hello Jonyelton,

After investigating the issue and not being able to come up with a complete fix, we have contacted the GoToAssist team and they have informed us that the API calls only work with the previous version (version 4) and not with the current version 5 of their product.

For now, they do not have any information on if they will make the API calls functional on their new version or when they would do so. Due to that, and the fact that they are heavily pushing users towards version 5 of GoToAssist, we have decided to deprecate our GoToAssist integration for the time being.

We plan to reinstate this entry whenever we see news of them updating their API.
