Improve Pleasant Password Server Connectivity

Hi All,
Currently, in order to create a new Pleasant Password Server Credentials entry, RDM first downloads all Items from Pleasant Password Server and displays them in a list. In a Setup with many Password Entries in Pleasant Server (we have more than 10.000 entries), this takes quite a long time. In addition, with this request we have already brought down the load balancers in front of the Pleasant Server several times with this brute force query.
It would be great if we could set a filter for this query beforehand and/or a possibility to link directly to an already known GUID in the Pleasant Server, eg.
https://pps.company.com:10001/WebClient/Main?itemId=12345678-1234-1234-1234-abcde1234567
but hey, so far RDM it's wonderful.

Hello,
Thanks for the feedback. We've opened a ticket to improve the Pleasant Password Server integration. If the API we use provides ways to solve this issue, it shouldn't be too big of a change.

Hello,
We've made improvements to the Pleasant Password Server entry that will allow you to fetch already known items (entry or folder) as well as user favourites.
Unfortunately their API doesn't allow us to filter the query any more than that, so hopefully that will be enough for you.
This feature will be included in version 2021.1.0.0.
