Error when SSH windows close, Error Code: END_OF_FILE (-13) End of File or Data

I run into an error when a ssh session closes, it lists An unexpected error occurred. Error Code: END_OF_FILE (-13) End of File or Data. Is there a way to fix this?

It is an issue that was reported by other users, we are still looking into it!
If you would like, you can send you SSH logs by using the link I will send you via private message.
To send your logs, you can follow this help topic : https://kb.devolutions.net/rdm_send_ssh_logs.html?
Note that "logs" now has his own tab (Logs) but verbose remains in the Advanced tab, simply set it to "1"
From there simply recreate the issue and send us those logs!

I'm experiencing the same issue. Has any progress been made on resolving the issue? If not, I can provide logs if needed.

I'm experiencing the same issue… I thought it happened because of overloading with other programs. But currently, I use my laptop for office work only. I have a basic package of office programs like https://zoom.us/, https://www.office.com/, https://trello.com/, and worktime. But I still have Error Code: END_OF_FILE (-13) End of File or Data.
