Offline mode with a lot of vaults

I got a team database on an Microsoft SQL Server 2017 running and a database (data source) with a lot of vaults in it.
We are using Remote Desktop Manager version 2020.2.19.0.
Now i want to make sure that these vaults are available offline for working in a datacenter where no online connection is possible.
I manged to get the offline mode in general to work, that is not the problem, but i realized that not all vaults are reachable offline if they were not opened before in online mode.
Is there a way to get the vaults ready for offline mode immediately, without selecting/opening them in online mode before?
This could be a pain, because as technician you may have to use a vault offline you never opened before.

We don't yet support the loading of a vault without opening it at the moment (we are working on it).
As a workaround you can CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + 
refresh icon (top left) will cycle all vaults synchronize the offline files. It's not perfect since you have to remember to do it before leaving and going offline but it works. You can also extend the offline expire offset, default 7 days, to something that better suits your needs.
Administration > System Settings > Offline > Expiration

You could also enable the Prompt refresh all vaults on startup option in Administration - System Settings - Offline to get a prompt to load all vaults when you open RDM on online mode.
