export permission

You will find the Export permission under Administration > System Permissions > Entries. There, you can set the Export permission to "Custom" and use the blue "Select roles or users" link to pick which users you wish to grant this permission to.

yeah i saw this option but when i set this permissions to a users, this user has effectively the export options avaible but i can't actualy export the data.
This first screen is when i do a right click on a entry

This second screen is when i chose export all entitites
