Does anyone have the following issue?
After using Anydesk to access to Bloomberg terminal in another computer, and returned back to your main computer, the Bloomberg terminal will automatically generate a print and save destination box, which is quite disturbing. Does anyone have any idea on this? Thanks.

That being said, would it be possible for you to go under the Help section of RDM's ribbon and use the "Submit a support ticket" option to open a support case with us?
