Impove RDM MAC + DPS stability when changing external IPs

When connecting to a VPN (either with or without RDM help), the connection to the DPS server seems to be severed and RDM needs to re-authenticate. This sometimes can be forced by: refreshing the vault list, refreshing the data source list or pressing the refresh button in the ribbon menu. However, many times this does not do anything and the data source list, vault list, and session list are all blank. Restarting RDM fixes the issue
