I dont know if this feature is already requested for, i was using SecureCRT for SSH and one feature that was very very handy was adding command shortcuts to the button bar, please check the link provided (https://www.vandyke.com/support/tips/buttonbar.html). i was wondering if Remote Desktop manager has a feature similar to that.
Hello,
Currently there's a similar way to achieving this. You can create entries of type Typing Macro (see here https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/macros_scripts_tools.html), and when your entry is open, you should see in the ribbon a button "Macro/scripts". Clicking on it will prompt a list of your macros, and you can then select the one you want to run and it will execute it in your currently focused entry.
It's a good idea to add it directly within the SSH toolbar as well, so we'll open a feature request ticket for this. It might be more intuitive and will save a few clicks. 🙂

Hi,
We have add the Macro Toolbar to SSH Shell internally. It should be available starting with version 2021.2.0.0. The option will be disable by default so you will need to enable it in either the terminal options or in the properties of the desired entry.

Thank You Jean-Francois
How do i access this feature, i did enable Enable Macro from Types -> Terminal but i dont see any changes nor now to add a command to a macro.
Update..
I figured it out.
Hi,
The next step should be to go in the connection properties under the "Macro" tab to set your preferences. Hopefully everything works for you, if you need help with anything else don't hesitate.
