No. of Entries count differ between Windows & OSX

What is your version of RDM Mac and RDM Windows? What type of data source are you using? How are the permissions configured on the entries/folders that appears but should not?

No, there is no problem with appearing restricted folders/sessions.

But RDM for OSX shows another entries count than RDM for Windows, which makes no sense as I'm logged in as same user on both systems.

I'm unaware of any reasons that would explain the number being greater on RDM Mac.

For instance, on my side, I have the same numbers on our DPS server with both RDM Mac and RDM Windows.

It appears that RDM Mac does not account for Session Script Tools, which I'm correcting right now, but this can't be your issue as this would have caused the opposite problem (i.e. greater number in RDM Windows).

Do you see the same discrepancy with the number show on the Export Selection menu item with right clicking the root? Like this:

i upgraded RDM Win and now it seems to change to new no....
There must have been a change in RDM Win too with Session count ....?

There has been a lot of time between 2020.1.17 and 2020.2.19, it could be a new type of entry that was not supported then (therefore not counted) and now is.
