RDM Package Creator not working

HI,

We setup a RDM installer package a few hours ago, and still not received confirmation that this has been completed yet.

Is it possible to check whether this is still working ok please?

Hello,

Thanks for the heads up, things should get back on track in a little bit. I believe your installer should complete within the next ~30 minutes.

Not a problem, will keep an eye out and if we still haven't seen the installer be created after that time I will let you know.
